    BusyCal 2021.4.0
Not working on Monterey. Tried on 26 Oct. 2021

  6. pAKa says:

MALICIOUS ACTIONS: Works, but constantly asks me to enter password to use information in my keychain. Previous version did not do this, and I don’t think its necessary, so I would be very warey of installing any other HCiSO packages. Seems sketchy.

  7. tsnre says:

Since this version 2022.1.4 I have problems with syncing with my Google Account. Don´t know if this is related to Busycal or if there is a problem on Googles side.

    BusyCal 2022.2.2
    Work prefectly!

  9. xyz says:

BusyCal 2023.1.1 does not work unless it can connect to the developer.

It displays the message “BusyCal is unable to validate your serial number. BusyCal needs to connect once to the internet to validate your serial number. Please disable any network blocking utilities.” when it starts, and then exits when you click OK.

  10. tsnre says:

As far it concerns me only BusyCal_2022.4.7 works. Both two later versions crashes now and then and don´t show details of the entries.

  11. tsnre says:

Does anyone have an idea why busycal crashes all the time (all versions later than 2022.4.7)? This one again. If I am away from my Mac for a while I see again the crash message.

  12. tsnre says:

And again the same: 2023.1.5 crashes after a while.

  13. paolosmido says:

Does anybody has the link to the working version 2022.4.7?? thanks

  14. Satellite1986 says:

Work fine on M1 Macbook Pro but not able to connect to O365 while official version can do.

  15. tsnre says:

    Do you still need it?

  16. tsnre says:

@paolosmido: do you still need a link to version 2022.4.7?

Maybe I have found a solution for this crashing problem:

    osxdaily dot com/2021/11/08/fix-app-crashing-apple-silicon-mac/

The solution to fix the app crashing problem is rather straightforward; install Rosetta in macOS again.

The simplest way to reinstall Rosetta 2 is by opening the Terminal application, found via Spotlight (Command+Spacebar and typing Terminal), or by going the /Applications/Utilities/ folder, and then issuing the following command string:

    /usr/sbin/softwareupdate –install-rosetta –agree-to-license

  22. tsnre says:

Nope, “rosetta” reinstallation didn´t solve the problem. Here is a part of the Crash-report. Does anyone know what this means?

I asked Busycal support, if they have an idea. They asked me: “Strangely the app was running in X64 mode on your M1 – any idea why?”

  24. paolosmido says:

Thanks, i ust downloaded and will try this version!

  25. tsnre says:

I have also tried this version BusyCal 2023.2.1 with a complete new installation: it crashes after a while. As far it concerns me only BusyCal202247 is working without problems.

  26. ccmv says:

Hi @tsnre! I am also struggling with you to get BusyCal to work and have failed. Could you please share again the link to the working version please?

  27. paolosmido says:

Strangly, also the version 2022.4.7 crashes after a while in my imac 2017 with Ventura on it. SIP is disabled…..
